The Foundation supporting the implementation of socially significant programs "Infoshare" (formerly "AIDS Infoshare RVO», AIDS Infoshare” Foundation) is a Russian non-profit organisation, one of the oldest and well-known in the region of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia (hereinafter referred to as "EECCA").
The foundation has been active in the field of public health organisation since 1993, implementing projects, programs and consulting on issues related to combating the spread of socially significant infectious diseases, including HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis, in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. Since the early 2020s, the Foundation's project portfolio has included initiatives aimed at developing systems and bringing primary healthcare services closer in EECCA countries.

    2004–2011
    The project 'GLOBUS — Global Coalition Efforts Against AIDS' was implemented with the support of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
    2006–2009
    Comprehensive therapeutic and preventive measures were carried out to prevent the spread of HIV infection among vulnerable populations within the framework of 'Priority National Projects in Healthcare' at the request of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.
    2006, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2016 и 2021
    Commissioned by the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing, the Foundation functions as the secretariat preparing for the International Eastern Europe and Central Asia AIDS Conference. The Eastern Europe and Central Asia AIDS Conference is the largest regional platform for discussing issues and opportunities in combating the spread of HIV infection, as well as prospects for collaboration in curbing the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The aim of the conference is to formulate recommendations for addressing HIV/AIDS issues at national, regional, and global levels.

    The Foundation, under instructions from the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, performs secretariat functions for the preparation of the International Forum "MDG6 in Eastern Europe and Central Asia".

    The Foundation acts as the secretariat for the Working Group of Russian NGOs. As part of this extensive activity, the Foundation promotes national initiatives in the fields of health and social development in international dialogues such as the Civil Twenty, Women's Twenty, Civil BRICS, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, and the Eastern Economic Forum.

    The Foundation, as part of the Russian Technical Assistance Programme for Eastern European and Central Asian Countries in Combating HIV/AIDS and Other Infectious Diseases, implements projects aimed at improving the prevention of HIV infection, hepatitis B, C, and STIs in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. The programme is a unique example of providing support to Russia's partner countries in strengthening their capacity to combat infectious diseases. As part of the programme, the "Infoshare" Foundation supplies and supports the operation of mobile medical and diagnostic units in these countries. Currently, there are 24 mobile clinics operating in the countries.
    2017
    The Foundation implemented a public-private partnership programme aimed at strengthening the capacity of regional systems for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and Нepatitis C among the general population in Russia. One of the projects operates in the city of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Oblast.
    2018–2023
    The Foundation organised large-scale activities for conducting medical preventive check-ups for the adult population in remote mountainous regions, as well as managing 4 health caravans as part of the "Health Caravan (Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic)" projects commissioned by the national governments of the republics with funds from the Eurasian Stabilisation and Development Fund.
    2021–2024
    The Foundation supplied and organised the operation of 5 mobile laboratories as part of the "Mobile COVID-19 Diagnostics" project commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan with funds from the Eurasian Stabilisation and Development Fund.
    Since its establishment in 1993, until 2004, the Foundation contributed to the development of non-profit organisations working in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Russia. More than 24 programmes were implemented, including: supporting the dissemination of information about HIV infection and AIDS, educational programmes for specialists from various sectors, establishing resource centres for public health organisations, conducting research in the field of HIV epidemiology, and sharing best practices.
